"I have never had much luck searching for new or used cars, purchasing cars, or getting a great deal once I found one. When I had to begin to look for a new car again - (well before I was planning), Tom made the process much less stressful and much more enjoyable than it had ever been before. After having a car accident in which my previous vehicle was totaled and realizing that in order to continue to commute the 36 miles roundtrip to work every day, I would need to purchase a new vehicle and fast. Thanks to Tom's research, knowledge and personal experience, we were able to decide on a 2011 Mazda CX-9 with AWD, and a 3rd row. This car has been great. It gets much better gas mileage than my previous vehicle, has almost 120K miles less, and long trips have been a breeze now that I don't have to worry about the 3 kids fighting with each other in the back seat (thanks to the 3rd row).
